Reed McCallum said… - Jessica, here's a verse we use a whole lot in the International department at In Touch. We distribute ministry materials all over the world, and we run into a lot of problems with international shipping and customs and just overall difficulty. Oftentimes we (and our international partners) get bogged down with questions like "Is anyone even looking at this?" and "Is this a wasted effort?"
Isaiah 55:10-11 "For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it."
We are to let God's word speak for itself. All we do is put it out there. God doesn't intend for our efforts to be wasted. It could be that God is using your group as a way to inspire an educate others on this website. It could be God is using is using it to inspire and educate you. But no matter what His intention, know that what you're doing is worthwhile, because you're doing it in Him!

- Hey there, Jessica! I just connected to Grounded through my job at In Touch. I'm still amazed that this whole network of resources is just sitting here, available to so many people! I wanted to commend you on your great group. Your diligence in helping people with the difficult task of pacing themselves through the Bible is evident as I look back and see for how long you've been consistently and reliably adding updates and verses. I'm positive that what you think is a small effort on your part is in itself a powerful ministry that's helping a whole lot of young adults consume the Word of God in human-mouth-sized bites. Thanks for all you do!
