How do I customize my profile?

Making your profile reflect who you are is easy. On the left-hand side of your profile page, under your picture is a "Change My Photo or Theme." Just click on "Theme" and choose your appearance! You can even change your font colors, etc. with the bottom portion of that page. Get creative and have fun!

How do I change my profile back to the normal GROUNDED theme?

To change your profile theme please look on your profile, under your picture there is "Change my photo or my theme." If you click on "theme" it will take you to a webpage that you can customize your profile page. Under all the choices of themes there is an orange button that reads "Apply GROUNDED's Theme." If you click on this button and then press save on the lower right hand side of your screen, your profile theme will be changed back to the default.

Why is there no live chat?

For the safety of all our members, live chat has been turned off for this site because of inability to moderate. There will however be future possibilities of having live chat turned on for certan special interviews, discussions, etc.
