The problem is that the Bible addresses this as a spiritual matter, and does not delve into the secular; therefore, I don't see evidence in the Bible where women are not allowed the positions which you have listed.

Yet, then again, concerning the full time occupation of a woman, the Bible states clearly, in which women should be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. Now, is Paul being backwards in saying that a young woman is to be a keeper of the home?

In the pastoral epistles, the commands for the roles of men and women are for the church only. It is clear apostolic wisdom to say that a man is to have the head role in the church; For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. And why should we constantly try the Word of God when it is as clear as day, whereupon it is written, Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

The answer usually is quite obvious, yet when man changes the meaning to fit his evil heart, difficulties arise that were never meant to be.

Amen ... "but it was not what God had originally intended" -Jesus (Matt 19:8)

I have noticed that people have tried to make God work for them when we as His kids should be working For Him, by allowing His Holy Spirit to direct and lead us. Jesus said "follow me" , He did NOT say I will follow you... God lead us.

i think it's good for God to have our side, but we should always be asking ourselves if we have HIS side.
