i'd say spend time with God everyday, in His Word, in His Presence, in prayer. and try to be around His people as much as you can.

if you already are doing those things, ask God to renew your spiritual passion (Luke 11:9-10, Mark 11:24).

The key is to dwell in God. Just as if you live in your house; you eat, sleep, work, rest and find comfort, God wants you to do the same. Your day should be occupied with him. Read your bible often, meditate on him often, watch videos about God and the testimony of others (which is always powerful) and let God take complete control over you. Most importantly pray, and pray that he gives you a hunger and thirst for him. Here's something you can help you regain your passion. Type "it's supernatural sid roth" in youtube. The show is about the testimony of others and miracles and just how present God is in your life and the lives of others. I'm speaking from experience.=)

Definitely surround yourself with people that are spiritually "older" than you...there is nowhere to go but up!

It's very important that you maintain your personal devotion with the Lord. You have to make sure that you meditate on God's Word and pray to Him everyday even if you don't feel like it. There are many reasons why you may be lacking that certain passion but it's also possible that God wants to get your attention because He wants you to learn something new and be more spiritually mature. I'd say surround yourself with like-minded Christians, those who are more spiritually experienced and focus your efforts doing God's work. Prayer is very important and you can ask God to open your mind and heart so that He may show you what He wanted to do in your life..

Hi, I would like to answer your question as per my knowledge. Spiritual passion shouldn't be a manual work but a spiritual one. Please pray and ask Holy Spirit in you to help you. As Charles Stanley told in his book "Wonderful spirit filled life", We are bearers of the fruit of Holy Spirit but not the producers.. Please pray for Holy Spirit's assistance who is our supreme comforter. May God be with you I will also pray for you

Sometimes one does not feel like making the effort to get closer to God, in the same way that we have seasons in our lives when we don-t feel like getting up and going to work, we don-t feel like going to church on Sunday evening, we would much rather stay at home and watch a good move on the couch, MY POINT IS, THAT IN ORDER TO RECAPTURE MY SPIRITUAL PASSION I MUST PURPOSELY SEEK GOD, READ HIS WORD, SINGS SONGS TO HIM , WATCH MESSAGES ON VIDEO LIKE THE ONES FROM PASTOR CHARLES STAINLY, WATCH INSPIRATIONAL TESTIMONIES, TALK TO THE LORD IN PRAYER ETC, DO ALL OF THOSE THINGS, EVEN IF I DON-T FEEL LIKE DOING ANY OF THOSE, and if you don-t feel like it still do it and do it and do it OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, go against your feelings because our passion for the Lord not always implies that wonderful feeling inside of us that pushes and motivates us to seek him, GOD IS GOD whether you feel feelings that support that fact or not , and by doing so..your feelings will line up with your decision .

Wishing to Be Healed
When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, "Do you want to be made well?" (John 5:6)

Jesus asked a man a question that appears to have had an obvious answer! He came upon a man who had been lame for thirty-eight years and who was sitting beside a pool of healing. Jesus asked him if he wanted to be healed. Why would Jesus ask such an obvious question? Perhaps the answer was not so clear. Bartimaeus was blind, yet when he cried out for Jesus to have mercy on him, Jesus asked what he wanted Him to do (Mark 10:51). It would have seemed apparent that the foremost concern of a blind person would be to receive sight. There were times, however, when Jesus considered it important for people to verbalize their need and specifically ask Him to heal them.

Just because we are spiritually sick, or just because we are near a place of healing, does not necessarily mean we want to be made well. We may attend church regularly, but choose to remain sinful. Our generation has taken many of the activities that the Bible identifies as sin and has labeled them as addictions or character flaws or the result of an abusive upbringing. We act as if having an addiction is sufficient excuse for disobeying God’s commands. As Christians, we are no longer helpless victims of our sin. There is no sinful habit or past hurt that is beyond the healing touch of our Lord.

Have you gone year after year without receiving spiritual healing? God is capable of freeing you, but you may have become comfortable in your sin. You may not want to be healed. If you really want to receive spiritual health, God can give it today. He wants you to ask Him.

Not by Might
"This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' Says the LORD of hosts." (Zechariah 4:6)

God’s word came to His people at a critical time. They were a despondent, disillusioned people who faced a daunting task. They had been exiled in Babylon for seventy years. During this time they had witnessed the strength of the most dominant military power in their world. They had watched the Babylonian army marching off to conquer other nations. They had seen the wealth and splendor of the Babylonian king. When Babylon was in turn conquered by the Persians, the Israelites saw an even greater superpower emerging on the world stage. They lost heart when they compared their own weakness and captivity with the enormous strength and wealth of the superpowers of their day.

As the Israelites returned to Jerusalem after seventy years in captivity, they found their city in ruins. Their magnificent temple had been destroyed. The city walls had been torn down. They had no resources to rebuild their splendid city. As these former refugees looked at the mammoth task before them, they realized their poverty and weakness, and they became greatly dismayed. Then came God’s word! He promised that they would, indeed, rebuild their city. But, He told them, the rebuilding would not be accomplished by their own power and resources but by His Spirit. As long as they had God’s Spirit, they had everything they needed.

There will be times when obeying God will lead you to impossible situations. If you look at your own skills, knowledge, and resources, you will become discouraged. However, when you became a Christian, God placed His Spirit within you. You now have the resources of heaven at your disposal. The success of your endeavors will not depend on the way you use your own resources but on how you obey the Spirit of God.
